Fresh Fruit Ice Cream
(Makes about 1 ½ quarts)
3 cups (1 ½ pints) Half-and-Half
1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 cup pureed or mashed fresh fruit of your choice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
In ice cream freezer container, combine all ingredients; mix well. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Return leftovers to freezer.
