Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 Cup butter or margarine
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 ¼ cups all purpose flower
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup blueberries

Cream butter until fluffy. Stir in sugars. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and add to creamed mixture with oats and nuts. Fold in blueberries. Push dough from heaping teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are light brown. Makes about 36 cookies.
